About Me

For years, I searched for healing from childhood abuse. When my stepfather took my childhood, I almost lost my adulthood as well. In 2020, I finally decided to own my voice and be intentional about it. I started writing about my abuse and my healing journey. I became curious about the healing so I could help others heal as well. I founded JLOwenswrites with a mission to help others find their voice so they can heal and, in turn, help heal the world. My mission? To heal the world, one voice at a time.
